I am a passionate advocate for engineering. Engineering should be the career of choice for talented young people who want to make a positive impact on the world - addressing fundamental challenges of health, quality of life, and sustainability. I champion girls and women in engineering. With so few women choosing a career in engineering in this country, the UK is missing out on nearly half of the available talent. I study and teach science, technology, engineering and maths .
